Ordering & Payment• All prices are listed in the store’s default currency and may be updated without notice.
Payments must be completed at checkout; orders are not processed until payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery• Processing times vary by product and will be displayed on the product page.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to buyer error cannot be refunded.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds• Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 14 days of delivery and must be approved before return shipment.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Custom, personalized, or digital items are non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Claims submitted after the 72-hour window may not qualify for replacement.
Cancellations• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not already entered processing.
Custom orders or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
Digital Products• All digital purchases are final due to their downloadable nature.
You are responsible for backing up your digital files after download.
Intellectual Property• All designs, artwork, and branding by Artivehouse are the exclusive property of the store and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
Privacy & Data Use• Personal information is used solely for order processing, communication, and shipping.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except for necessary service providers (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers).
